Brand identity building was created through online presence on the website and social media channels to build brand equity on DMark Beauty as a skincare distributor.

The e-commerce platform created an opportunity to provide hassle-free shopping on retail brands of Sebamed and Bioderma brands.

Customer service management via Facebook inquiries helped to increase sales in retail stores and derma clinics.
